Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body.  Great music and your choice of weights inspires you to get the results you want.             
Mon. & Wed.  - 5:30 pm; Tues. & Thurs.  - 9:30 am;
Tues. & Thurs.  - 12:00 pm;
Sat.  - 10:00 am
 

Circuit Training

The ideal combination of cardio and strength training.
Mon., Wed., Fri.  - 12:15 pm
 

Core Training

Sculpt and strengthen your abs in a hurry with this challenging 25 minute core class.
Mon., Wed., Fri.  - 11:45 am
 

Cycling

Focusing on cardio challenges, hill climbs and varying speeds and   resistance for all participant levels.
Mon. & Wed. - 5:45 am; Mon. & Wed. - 12:00 pm
Tues. & Thurs. - 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm;
Sat. - 11:15 am
 

Silver Sneakers MS-ROM

A class designed specifically for active older adults.  Improve          functional strength and range of motion while moving to great       music and having fun.
Mon., Wed., Fri.  -  9:00 am
 

Step Aerobics

Cardio meets fun with a 6-9 inch platform, weights and ab work.
Tues. & Thurs.  -  6:15 am

Yoga

This Class utilizes traditional yoga poses to center energy in the core muscles and is suitable for beginner and intermediate levels.
Mon.  -  6:45 pm; Wed.  - 6:30 am
 

Zumba

Ditch the workout and join the party.  Zumba is a dance/fitness workout that uses African and Latin beats for cardiovascular health, toning & strength.
Tues. & Thurs. - 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Sun.  - 3:00 pm
